Abstract

A mixer for gases or liquids includes a conduit for each component to be mixed. Each conduit has a valve 2 which is opened in each cycle of operation for a period determined by a timer 1. The output from each of these valves is combined and passes through a single pressure-drop control valve 3, and the output from the latter valve is passed into a mixing chamber 4.
