Abstract

A coffee product consists of free- flowing agglomerates comprising soluble coffee particles and finely ground roasted coffee, said finely ground roasted coffee being present in an amount of 2 to 20% by weight based on the weight of the two coffee constituents and having a particle size such that 90% by weight of the ground coffee passes a 75 micron mesh.
