Abstract

A fastening arrangement for furniture such as tables and beds in which certain elements 2, 3 are to be connected to the sides of tubular constructions 1. Each element is provided with a pin having a shaft portion 7, 8 and a bead in the outer end thereof 9, 10. The sides of the tubular constructions are provided with openings 5, 6 for receiving the pins. The fastening arrangement further comprises a clamping means insertable between said bead and the inner surface of the tubular construction while the pin is received in the opening. The clamping means comprises a bifurcate spring means 11, 14 with a slot portion, the shaft portion of the pin being insertable into said slot portion of said spring means. <IMAGE>
