Abstract

A subsea line connector for connecting production and/or control lines to underwater equipment. The connector includes engageable telescoping male and female members 12 and 14, one of which (14) may be positioned subsea and the other of which is retrievable. When engaged, the members provide communication between either or both of production lines 16-18, 36-38 and control lines 20, 50. A locking mechanism 34, 36 moves the members 12 and 14 longitudinally together for securely sealing mating fluid passageways. <IMAGE>
