Abstract

A transmission circuit for v.h.f. and u.h.f. operation, in which two or more transmitters (S1, S2) are connected to a common antenna (1) via one or more four-port directional couplers (K), separation being effectively increased by connecting a frequency-dependent complex impedance network (N) to the fourth port of the directional coupler, in order to off-set the separation- reducing effect that is due to the frequency-dependent input impedance of the antenna system. The invention is used in the construction of transmitter circuits in which a plurality of tunable transmitters are connected to one antenna system. <IMAGE>
