Abstract

The machine is intended for cutting-off the corners of stacked sheets 4 of for example corrugated asbestos cement and comprises two cutting devices located one on each side of a sheet support 6 and means for controlling the relative movement of the sheet support and of the cutting devices. Each cutting device comprises a band-saw 62 having a vertical cutting edge which is mounted on a support 60 movable along a vertical post 48 and which operates in vertical planes. The sheet support comprises means 14, 16, 18 for adjusting its inclination with respect to the ground. <IMAGE>
