Abstract

Compounds corresponding to the following general formula (I): <IMAGE> wherein R represents C2-C8 alkyl or phenyl optionally substituted one or more times by trifluoromethyl or C1-C4 alkoxy; and pharmaceutically-acceptable acid addition salts posses excellent selective cerebral vasodilatory activity. They are prepared by esterification, optionally followed by salt formation.
