Abstract

A display card for holding an article having an elongate part - for example, a screwdriver 24. With a view to avoiding the use of auxiliary retaining means such as elastic bands and transparent envelopes, or the need to fold over and tuck in parts of the card, the card comprises a flat cardboard blank having one hole 14 at or near one end from which the card can be suspended, two or more retaining holes (18, 20) through which the elongate part of an article can be inserted, and score lines 28, 30 or other lines of weakness extending inwards from two opposite lateral edges of the blank so that the card, or at least part of it, can be flexed into a somewhat curved shape while retaining a tendency to return to its flat condition so as to grip the elongate part. <IMAGE>
