Abstract
The present device is of the type comprising a first and a second housings (1 and 2), separated by at least one resiliently deformable partition wall (3), and at least one pressure gas source connected directly to the first housing and, through a flow rate limiter (6), to the second housing (2), said second housing (2) comprising means (9) allowing to connect this second housing to the system (10) of which the flow rate is to be measured. This device comprises direct supply means (7) for the system (10) from the pressure gas source, said supply means being provided with a control (8) allowing to cut off said supply during the control operation of the gas flow rate of the system (10). This device is particularly intended to the control or measurement of low flow rates.
