Abstract

A two part hinge, particularly for use in furniture construction, comprises a pair of hinge parts 1, 2, one having a projecting hinge pin 5 and the other a corresponding socket 4 but otherwise of generally similar form, each having a body portion rounded at one end adjacent the pin or socket, and one or more projecting anchoring portions 8 of rectangular cross section, these portions having a pair of parallel side faces each formed with a row of teeth 11. Such a hinge is susceptible of very simple manufacture and use. <IMAGE>
