Abstract

For marketing, plants such as lettuces 9 grown hydroponically in porous inert growing blocks 8 are placed in a spaced-apart array in a tray 1,and filler blocks 10, 11 of similar material are inserted to fill the spaces in the tray around the growing blocks.
