Abstract

5706. Levi, E. March 7. Swivelling handles; fixing by grooved members. -Relates to toothbrushes of the kind in which the stock is fitted to a carrier rotatably mounted upon a vertical pin fixed in the handle end, the latter being provided with radial corrugations on its underside. A spring corrugated plate b of thin metal is fixed in the upper face of the carrier a by any suitable means such as solder, and yields to permit the rotation of the brush into the most convenient position. The stock f is detachably secured to the carrier, the spring g preventing its accidental displacement.
