Abstract

199,974. Standerwick, E. J. B., and Stevenson & Sons, Ltd., H. Aug. 1, 1922. Roll cases.-A box for storing fabrics has one or both ends provided with a slot 7 the bottom of which forms a bearing for the roller 9 upon which the fabric is wound, the slot 7 being bevelled to receive a locking slide 8. The bottom of the slot is formed without the bevel 10 to prevent the bottom of the slide bearing on the roller. The slide 8 is held in position by a pivoted catch 12 which is mounted in a recess in the end of the box.
