Abstract

183,137. Picard, H. July 13, 1921, [Convention date]. Light and other radiations, treating diseases with.-A transportable chamber for the purpose of light therapeutics is of oval or elliptical shape in plan and has its ceiling and walls arched. The inside of the chamber is lined with highly polished aluminium which may be sprayed with other metals having different coefficients of absorption from that of the lining, so that light of useless wave-lengths is absorbed. Air inlets f, an air outlet g, and a door d with ispection hole e are covered by reflectors. The sources of light c are carried in holders o which pass through the side of the chamber.
