Traversing-cutter type for cutting designs.- A tool for cutting washers comprises a tool holder c, driven from a vertical drilling machine by a shank b, having a centre hand adjustable cutter f. A presser-foot l with upstanding legs n engaging holes in the holder c is resiliently pressed by a spring p encircling the centre. Slots r, q in the holder and presser-foot allow the cutter to be adjusted for small diameters.
