170,821. Metallurgique Electriqne. Oct. 29, 1920, [Convention date]. Transformers. - In a high-voltage transformer comprising two circular frames 1, 7 supported in planes at right-angles to each other, the distance between any point of one frame and any point of the other being sufficient to prevent a discharge between the frames, the secondary winding 8 is wound on a segment of the frame 7, which is made of magnetic sheet metal. The frame 1, constituting the high-tension primary winding, is supported in a tank of oil by hollow insulators 3, 4 through which ths high-tension leads are passed.
