Abstract

178,800. Marsh, Ltd., E. A. April 20, 1921, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Charms and like ornaments.-In a pendant of the kind comprising a number of sections hinged together which when folded form a sphere and when extended form a cross, a screwed pin split longitudinally into two parts 7, 9 is provided, one part 7 being on one section 6 and the other part 9 being on another section 1 so that on the sections being folded the two parts 7, 9 come together to be secured by a nut 10. To assist in holding the sections in their proper positions when folded, some of them have pins 11 engaging holes 12 in adjacent sections.
