Abstract
176,921. White, S. M. Dec. 30, 1920. Drawings to Specification. Confectionery and sweetmeats.-Lettered rock is made to represent various fruits, for example,. apple, orange, banana, the letters being made of clear sugar, coloured if desired, and the body of the fruit of pulled sugar which may be flavoured,. the whole being surrounded by an outer skin to represent the particular fruit. In the spherical forms of fruit-confection, each bar letter passes through the fruit parallel to a diametral plane,. whilst in the banana shaped confection the letter bars pass longitudinally through the fruit.
