Wheels, facilitating detachment of.-In detachable driving wheels for cycles &c. wherein a driving-element c, or a part in connection therewith, is mounted upon a socket d carried by one fork member and is provided with a plurality of closely-arranged annularly-disposed dog teeth f to engage with similar teeth on the hub, a second socket d<1> is fixed to the other fork member and the intermediate hub sleeve i is arranged to engage with recesses i<2> in the inner ends of the two fixed sockets, a removable bolt h being passed through one socket and the sleeve and screwed into the other socket upon which the driving-element is mounted.
