Abstract

Motor spirit consists of a mixture of a cyclohexane and a hydronapthalene. Suitable compounds specified are tetrahydro-naphthalene, decahydro-naphthalene, methyl cyclohexanes, and dimethyl cyclohexanes. A suitable mixture is 50-70 parts methylcyclohexane with 50-30 parts tetrahydro-naphthalene.
