Abstract
167,333. Rubury, J. M. May 21, 1920 No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Magnetos, driving.-The shaft m of the magneto of an internal-combustion engine is driven by a toothed wheel n from one of the valveoperating toothed wheels b, c, which function as an oil pump. The wheel n is enclosed in a chamber o in the air-tight gear casing a and is of less width than the wheels b, c so that it does not interfere with the pumping action.
