Abstract

1533449 Electrodes TOKYO METROPOLIS GOVERNOR OF 30 June 1976 27200/76 Heading A5R [Also in Division G1] An electrode for electroencephalography comprises a central metal dish 1 with an annular insulating plate 2 having a plurality of leg pieces 3 fitted thereto. A lead wire 4 connected to the dish 1 supplies an electroencephalograph (Fig. 4, not shewn) via an electrode box. In use the lower concave surface of the dish 1 is filled with electrode paste 5 and placed on a cleaned portion of the skull. An adhesive 6 is applied onto the lower surface of the insulating plate 2 and the leg pieces 3. The electrode plate top is covered with an adhesive 7 of a synthetic resin series.
