Abstract

1533320 Binding tie materials BREVETEAM SA 17 Sept 1976 [26 Sept 1975 (2)] 38520/76 Heading C3M [Also in Division B5] A film comprises a part crystalline thermoplastic synthetic polymer and a cohesion control agent to render the film capable of being torn into strips of a selected width. The film is stretched longitudinally in a ratio of 5 : 1 to 8 : 1 and may also be foamed. Preferred films comprise 100 parts polypropylene and 5 to 15 parts polystyrol as the cohesion control agent. The film is used as a binding tie stock material.
