1527663 Blow-moulded decorative hollow strips HAPPICH GmbH Gebr 6 April 1976 [19 Aug 1975] 13922/76 Heading B6G [Also in Divisions B5 and B7] A decorative or protective hollow longitudinal strip having closed ends is formed, e.g from a tube, by blow-moulding and has at its rear a surface or other means for fixing to an article or another surface. The strip may have a constant or varying cross-section and may be attached to a surface, e.g. a car body by adhesive or by fixing means, e.g. pins or a strap passing through the rear of the strip. The cross-section of the strip may include recesses, projections or grooves for decoration, for securing other elements, e.g. decorative strips, lamps, reflectors, adhesive tape, or constituting focating nipples. Blow-moulding techniques are described.
