1518499 Automatic control WILDT MELLOR BROMLEY Ltd 4 Sept 1975 [17 Sept 1974] 03044/78 Divided out of 1518498 Heading G3N [Also in Division D1] The subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification 1518498 but the claims are directed to a knitting machine, comprising a stationary and a movable part, wherein pattern data and clockpulses are transmitted to the movable part through first and second optical information transmission systems, either or both of which comprises a photo-receiver on the movable part, following a predetermined path, and a configuration of photo-emitters on the stationary part, located so as to illuminate the whole path of the receiver.
