1512811 Abradable seal material BRUNSWICK CORP 12 May 1975 19944/75 Heading C7A A sintered mass of alloy powder or fibre of composition:- Balance such that when Fe is present Si, Hf, Zr, Nb, Ta when present are in an amount of 0.1-1% each and when Co or Ni present, Si, Hf, Zr, Nb, Ta when present are in an amount of 0.1-2% each. The sintered alloy may be used in gas turbine engines as a sealing material.
