Abstract

1508839 Partition structures AIR DISTRIBUTION DIFFUSER Ltd 14 Oct 1976 [14 July 1975] 29521/75 Heading B8P [Also in Division F4] A structure, e.g. for use in a crate comprises a first set of strips 1 each having slots 1<SP>1</SP> extending from one edge and a second set of strips 2 having slots 2<SP>1</SP> extending alternately from both sides, the strips being interengaged by means of the slots, Fig. 2 (not shown). The strips 1, 2 may be of aluminium or aluminium alloy, and the slots 1<SP>1</SP>, 2<SP>1</SP> may be perpendicular to the strip edges or at up to 45 degrees to the perpendicular, the strips being joined together by swaging or cold welding.
