Abstract

1505565 Plant food FISONS Ltd 10 Aug 1976 [18 June 1975] 25866/75 Heading C1B A composition, having pH 5-9, comprises nitrogenous plant food and at least 10 wt. per cent P 2 O 5 such that N:P 2 O 5 is less than 1:3 and at least 95% P 2 O 5 is water insoluble and 50-80% is soluble in 2% citric acid, and that Si is present in at least 10 wt. per cent of the P. The composition may further comprise Ca and/or Mg. The weight relative to P 2 O 5 being 3:1-1:3. The nitrogenous plant food may be slow release, e.g. a condensate of a 1-6 C aldehyde and urea.
