Abstract

A circuit arrangement which can be disposed at the interface of two electrical systems (I, II), for example integrated semiconductor systems, with different operating voltages in such a way that DC voltage signals can pass through the interface in both directions and a transformation takes place from one operating voltage to the respective other operating voltage. The circuit arrangement is made up of two DC hybrid circuits (a1, b1, e1, a2, b2, e2) connected back-to-back. The two-way arm (b1, b2) of each hybrid circuit is connected to the input/output of one of the two electrical systems (I, II). The output arm (a1, a2) of each hybrid circuit is connected to the control input of a controllable switching component (T1, T2) whose input is connected to a voltage source (T1-60V; T2-5V) and whose output is connected to the input arm (e1, e2) of the respective other hybrid circuit. The rated voltage of the voltage sources in each case corresponds to the input/output voltage of the system which is connected to the output of the controllable switching component concerned. Transistors, relays or opto-electronic couplers serve as controllable switching components (T1, T2). <IMAGE>
