Tyres, non-elastic, and rims. - A detachable tread surface for tractor wheels comprises two bands B<1>, B<2> stated to be formed, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, of a sheet or rail f having rings f', f<2> at an angle to the central part. Lugs S with holes s are provided at the ends adapted to pass through openings in the felloe J and to be secured by keys C. For additional security, holes may be provided in the felloe on each side of the rail/, into which wedges are driven. The felloe may have a peripheral groove for the reception of the rail f. The retaining-lugs may cooperate with studs, some of which may be resiliently mounted.
