Abstract
1436988 Transistor switching circuits THOMSON CSF 8 July 1974 [10 July 1973] 30251/74 Heading H3T A logic inverter comprises two field effect transistors T 1 , T 2 with their source-drain paths in series between supply terminals, and a twoterminal voltage dropper, e.g. resistor R, connected in the series path between the source of transistor T 2 and the drain of transistor T 1 , the drain of T 1 being connected to the gate of T 2 . The resistor R may be replaced by a diode, Fig. 4 (not shown), or a series arrangement of several diodes, Fig. 5 (not shown).
