Abstract

1432272 Conduit mounting arrangements MARCONI CO Ltd 23 Sept 1974 [25 April 1974] 18038/74 Heading B8B A conduit mounting arrangement comprises two members 1, 2 which are relatively rotatable about a common axis, each member having three concentric annular grooves which face those in the other member, a conduit being coiled in each of the grooves in one of the members 1, 2 in one sense of direction, each conduit being turned back on itself about one of three rollers 7, 8, (9), Fig. 6 (not shown), to be coiled in the corresponding groove in the other member in the opposite sense of direction. In operation as the members 1, 2 are rotated relative to one another the turns of the conduits will be transferred from the grooves in one of the members to the grooves in the other member. The members 1, 2 are mounted on a central king post 11, Fig. 3, on which the rollers 7, 8, (9) are mounted by means of a spider 13, the rollers maintaining the conduits in their respective grooves.
