Abstract
1428803 4-Acetamidophenol esters of aralkane carboxylic acids ANTONIO GALLARDO SA 22 July 1974 [29 May 1973] 25551/73 Heading C2C The invention comprises compounds of Formula (I) wherein R 1 is H, isobutyl, allyloxy or phenyl; R 2 is H, chlorine, benzoyl or α-hydroxybenzyl; and R 3 is H or methyl. They may be prepared by adding an acid halide of formula where X is a halogen atom, to a solution or suspension of 4-acetamidophenol, or a salt thereof, in an inert solvent. The compounds of Formula (I) are used as active ingredient in pharmaceutical compositions.
