1424661 Forming moulds RGYAL COLLEQE OF ART 1 March 1973 [8 Dec 1971] 57076/71 Heading B5A A method of forming a mould, e.g. for ceramic articles, comprises placing formers on a base 10, lowering a hinged frame 1 having a stretchable sheet 2, e.g. rubber, clamped to its lower side, evacuating the space below the sheet by means of a vacuum pump 6, and pouring a settable material on top of the sheet within the confines of a casting box 12.
