Abstract

1418462 Hand tool handles COBURG BRUSH Ltd 26 Jan 1973 [31 Jan 1972] 4518/72 Heading B4K [Also in Division A4] A brush handle 9, for a gutter cleaning brush 3, Fig. 1, is provided at one end with a U-shaped spring 11 carrying a pair of pins 10 extending through diametrically opposed holes in the handle, the pins 10 being releasably engaged under the resilience of the spring 11 in apertures 7 in a tubular end 6 of a brush head to releasably secure the latter to the handle. The brush 3 may be replaced by a scoop (Fig. 4, not shown) for removing material from the gutter.
