1417358 Preserving fruit and vegetables NYIREGYHAZI KONZERVGYAR 20 May 1974 22461/74 Heading A2D A process for preserving fruit and vegetable material comprises placing the material in a container, filling the container with a heated pure juice prepared from the same material as that to be preserved, sealing and heat-treating the container. The juice may be expressed from the material, and purified and homogenised by clarification and filtering.
