1411528 Inflatable cushions G B MATTHEWS 11 Feb 1974 06165/74 Heading A4M An inflatable cushion or pillow includes lateral portions 14, 15 to rest on the user's shoulders to support the sides of the head and has a valved tube 11 for inflation by mouth, the cushion being mounted on a stiff backboard 16 provided on its rear surface 17 with a facing of rubber, synthetic fabric or other material having non-slip properties when engaged with a seat back 18. The cushion may include a vent valve to prevent explosive decompression when used in aircraft.
