Abstract
1410271 Producing thin dough VEREINIGTE NAHRUNGSMITTELINDUSTRIE AG 4 Jan 1973 [4 Jan 1972] 589/73 Heading B5A A process for producing a thin dough material from stretchable dough, e.g. for "strudel" dough, comprises rolling the material at 7 and 8 before it is passed to a transverse stretching station 13 where the edges of the sheet are engaged by endless belts or chains 16 which are guided along diverging paths to increase the width of the sheet, and subsequently along parallel paths in a station 22 to stabilize the stretched sheet by partially drying it by means of fans 31.
