1409554 Thienodiazepines LABORATORIOS MADE SA 6 July 1972 [9 July 1971] 31752/72 Heading C2C Thienodiazepines are prepared by the following route (R 1,2 = H, C 1-6 alkyl optionally substituted by one or more aromatic groups, or R 1+2 = polymethylene chain having 36 links; R 3 = Ph, optionally substituted; R 4 = H, C 1-5 alkyl, COOH, COOAlkyl). Any other radical capable of being converted into or replaced by NH 2 may be utilized instead of the phthalimido group (Z). Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 1,256,548, 1,264,606 and 1,291,684.
