Abstract

1400655 Cigarette holders L L THOMAS 5 June 1973 [16 June 1972] 26636/73 Heading A2M A cigarette holder 10 has a bit 12 at one end, a recess 26 at its opposite end, a passageway connecting these two being characterised by a cylindrical or substantially cylindrical smoke storage chamber 34, a transverse channel 44 extending from the chamber exit to a first annular cavity 46 connected to a second annular cavity having greater inside diameter than 46, and an opening -56 in the inner wall of the second annular cavity completing the passageway. There may be provided replaceable parts 18 having various holes 38 of differing size and hence a smoker may dilute his inhalations to taste. The remainder of the holder (except for metallic ring 20) may be fabricated in push-fitting polypropylene to facilitate cleansing.
