Abstract

1498283 Identifying subscriber station in radio network TEKADE FELTEN & GUILLEAUME FERNMELDEANLAGEN GmbH 22 April 1975 [24 April 1974] 16548/75 Heading G4H In a selective radio network, a subscriber station has means for generating a call sign, known to the subscriber, a coder for deriving therefrom an identification signal, unknown to the subscriber, which is transmitted to another station where it is decoded to regenerate the call sign and the regenerated call sign is transmitted back to the subscriber station where it is compared with the call sign, the connection between the stations being automatically broken if agreement is not established. The coder and decoder may be printed circuit boards with 50 inputs connected to respective ones of 50 outputs, a call sign comprising 5 decimal digits. The conversion code may be changeable.
