Abstract

A mixture of dibutyl phthalate and dodecylbenzene in a ratio by volume of from 9:1 to 2.5:7.5 gives an electroinsulating liquid impregnant. It is suitable for impregnating dielectric materials made from plastics, in particular from polyolefin film, for the production of capacitors.
