Abstract

1479900 Recovery of ammonia USS ENGS & CONSULTANTS Inc 2 July 1974 [2 July 1973] 29309/74 Heading C1A Ammonia, substantially free of acid gases, is recovered from vapour containing ammonia and acid gases, and at least 50% by volume of water vapour, by washing the vapour with a solution containing ammonium phosphate at or near its boiling point under the pressure employed and distilling or stripping ammonia from the solution.
