Abstract

1479088 Fluid motors INVENTA AG 13 Nov 1975 [29 Nov 1974] 46927/75 Heading F1A [ Also in Division F2] A control valve 1 distributer head, e.g. for a fluid motor, is characterized in that the sealing faces 4 between the stationary part 2 and the rotor 5 are pressed together, when the valve is supplied with pressurized fluid, by a bladder 8 which is filled with the pressurized fluid. The bladder 8 is fitted between the stationary part 2 and the valve housing 9 and is in communication with an inlet duct 1 via a duct 7 such that the thrust applied is dependent on the inlet pressure. The bladder consists of two flexible sheets sealed to each other around the circumference, one sheet having an inlet/outlet opening for the pressurized fluid. The bladder may be of rubber or of plastics such as polyamides or polyvinyl chlorides and in the form of foils or coated fabrics. A biaxially orientated polyamide-6 foil is a preferred material.
