Abstract
1472748 Potato coated food stuffs UNILEVER Ltd 23 Oct 1974 [26 Oct 1973] 50043/73 Heading A2B Foodstuffs are coated with dehydrated potato particles by the application of an edible heat settable adhesive fluid to the foodstuff to which are adhered the potato particles. Suitable foodstuffs are fish fingers, burgers and patties, coated with a flour based batter or whole egg and coated with potato flakes, granules or powder. The potato may include colouring and other agents and the coated foodstuff may be toasted and/or deep frozen.
