Abstract

1472010 Resilient blocks MIDLAND-ROSS CORP 1 April 1975 [1 April 1974] 48045/75 Divided out-of 1472009 Heading F2S A block of resilient material has base 50a and top 80 portions; end surfaces 50c which converge in a direction from the base portion 50a towards the top portion 80; a V-shaped central groove 50r extending across the top portion 80 ; and a projecting lug 76 at each end of the block adjacent the top portion 80 for interlocking engagement with a pocket 74 in an associated cap member Fig. 10 (not shown). In the embodiment, the block is of elastomeric material, e.g. rubber or polyurethane, and has sloping sides 50b, Fig. 9 (not shown), and projections 82 near the base portion 50a. The subject-matter is identical to that of the Specification 1,472,009, but the claims are concerned with the resilient block only.
