1464604 Slicing machines BAKER PERKINS HOLDINGS Ltd 7 Aug 1975 [9 Aug 1974] 35254/74 Heading A4C A bread slicing machine of the reciprocating blade or of the band blade types wherein a plurality of parallel slicing blades 15 are movable through a pair of spaced guides 13, 17 which define a slicing zone into which loaves are advanced comprises a plurality of teeth 26, 28 attached to the spaced guides 13, 17, the teeth 26, 28 having sides which are inclined longitudinally with respect to the blades to provide transverse edges 27, 27A, 29, 29A adjacent each side of the blade which in use act to remove accumulations from the blades.
