Abstract
1453474 Electro-photography TURLABOR AG 15 Oct 1974 [16 Oct 1972] 47954/73 Heading G2H [Also in Division H1] Prior to use, an electrographic layer is corona charged to a voltage less than the value at which the secondary corona current occurring is at most 10% of the total current flowing to the layer. Preferably the voltage is less than half of the saturation voltage of the layer in its unused state, and is progressively reduced in proportion to the saturation voltage as the saturation voltage falls with use.
