Abstract
1453244 Mixed herbicides BASF AG 12 March 1974 [13 March 1973] 10872/74 Heading A5E 1. A herbicide comprises a mixture of a) a compound of the formula: where R denotes C 1 to C 4 alkyl, cyclohexyl, or phenyl which may be substituted by halogen, and b) a compound of the formula: where R' denotes C 1 to C 4 alkyl of a maximum of 4 carbon atoms, or a salt thereof. Typical compounds used are a) 4-amino-6-tert butyl-3-methylthio-4, 5-dihydro-1, 2, 4-triazin- 5-one and b) 3-isopropyl-2, 1, 3-benzothiadiazinone-(4)-2, 2-dioxide. The mixtures find particular application in combating weeds in crops such as potato, maize and soya plants.
