Abstract

1440915 Roller blinds BEAUTY BLINDS Ltd 24 July 1973 [4 Aug 1972] 36521/72 Heading A4B [Also in Division E1] A roller screen assembly for an aperture comprises a spring return roller carrying a flexible transparent screen 11, a sealing member 15 resiliently biased against the screen at the top of the aperture, channels 16 receiving the side edges of the screen and a strip (18) at the bottom of the aperture for engagement with the lower edge of the screen. The sealing member is carried on a headboard 13 and the roller 1 is carried on trunnions 2 spring-biased towards the seal. The screen is preferably of plastics and provides double glazing with pane 12. The screen has a hook-shaped clip 21 for engagement with the strip (18).
